Calculator information

When you enter salary, pension, tax-code, loan or payslip figures, those values are sent to our calculation service so it can return an estimate. The service is designed to calculate your result; NetPay Lens does not offer user accounts or a facility to save your personal calculations.

Optional feedback

If you use the “Was this helpful?” feature, we store the page or tool name, your yes/no response, any comment you choose to provide, and the time submitted. Feedback is not linked to a user account and is used to improve the service. Do not include salary figures, tax references, National Insurance numbers, bank details, or other sensitive personal information in a feedback comment.

Technical information

Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time and error logs to deliver, secure and improve the service. This information may be retained in provider logs for operational and security purposes.
